We're seeking an ASIA Regional Business Development Manager to join our team! Your role involves driving business growth, forecasting sales, and building networks in emerging markets. Key responsibilities include sales, market analysis, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize expertise in sales, communication, negotiation, and project management.
Develop sales plans for Aviation, government, defense, and transportation in Asia.
Identify market opportunities with customers, integrators, consultants, and partners.
Prepare financial projections and sales presentations.
Attend industry events and produce management reports.
Train business developers and enhance cooperation with partners.
Execute practical sales plans for Asia's business growth.
Coordinate with presales teams for technical support.
Contribute actively to the team and align with management objectives.
Requirements:
Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years in IT/AV Business Development, selling to specified industries.
Knowledge in IT networking, KVM switching, or Matrix switch solutions.
Project management experience in Asia.
Independent, proactive team player with leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
Capability to discuss business benefits and value of technical solutions.
Willingness to travel.
