Job Description
As a Oracle Fusion Specialist, you are responsible for:
- Facilitate communication between business and global IT for Oracle Fusion Cloud technical support.
- Proactively monitor integrations, ensuring system availability meets SLA.
- Interact with users to troubleshoot issues and perform bug fixes and performance enhancements on integration and reports.
- Coordinate with sub-system owners for file re-processing and REST service re-triggering.
- Provide after-hours support for non-Singapore users.
- Collaborate with INFRA team on deploying technical objects to Fusion/OIC Live environment.
- Design, develop, test, and document custom integrations and reports.
- Implement system changes according to proposed solutions and agreed timelines.
- Assist with data migration during PB1, PB2, UAT, and Production phases.
- Support SIT/UAT for new entities Fusion roll-out and escalate defects.
The Successful Applicant
As a suitable candidate, you should hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields, with knowledge of Accounting and Financial processes. They must possess at least 3 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion regionally or globally, with expertise in modules like General Ledger, Payables, and Cash Management. Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming, and Oracle PaaS & SaaS architecture is required.
