The Executive, Human Resources is responsible to handle the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding arrangement.
  • Work in consultation with Manager to prepare, track and review new and existing employment contracts.
  • Organise staff induction for new appointments.
  • Coordinate and arrange internal training sessions or workshops for employees, involving collaboration with training vendors for proposals, handling logistics, and tracking staff participation.
  • Prepare all HR related documentation and correspondences.
  • Manage and oversee the administration of the Leave system.
  • Assist to monitor and track staff salary increments, prepare salary letters, liaise with outsourced payroll company on monthly payroll information.
  • Assist to check and verify information for income tax filing. Provide instructions and advice to staff for filing of tax.
  • Assist to develop HR policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines.
  • Undertake project works related and relevant to position, from initiation to implementation.
  • Assist in organising Company event.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR or any other related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Human Resources functions in education industry is a definite advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking ownership and driving innovation, process improvement and contributing to overall corporate operations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively using initiative and problem-solving skills as well as high attention to detail to complete tasks and assigned projects.
  • Meticulous, well organised, and conscientious.
