Job Responsibilities
1. Primary responsible to man Toffs 24/7 channels (duty phone, hotline and email) on allocated shift work schedule (2 shifts AM/PM & 3 to 4 days work week)
2. Monitor active channels /dashboard for abnormal events
3. Log cases into tracking system and act according to Standard Operating Procedures [SOP]
4. Escalate case if cannot be resolved by SOP
5. Generate routine periodic reports and checklist
6. Meet defined service level agreements regarding response time and customer notification
7. Other tasks instructed by Senior Support Executive
Requirements
1. Must be proficient in English (written & spoken)
2. Preferably work experience in a technology company
3. Willing to work on shift schedule
4. Possess basic customer service interaction skills
5. Possess basic knowledge of MS Office/ Google Office Suite
6. Team player and willing to learn & share skills and knowledge
7. Preference for IT Certificate/ Diploma
8. Male Singaporeans would need to have completed or be exempted from NS
