About the Role
- As a student advisor, you will play a key role in helping our students understand the program structure and provide key information to them for better decision-making
- Monitor and maintain an efficient system and coordinate processes to support program delivery in accordance with CPE (Committee of Private Education) regulations
- Student Management such as overseeing the student life cycle from onboarding, resolution of issues that might arise, student fee payment, and review of the academic performance of our students under his/her care
- Coordination with external partners to effectively deliver the assigned programs
- Work with the Head of the Department in Planning, Coordinating, and Scheduling classes
- Managing relationships with lecturers and students
- Liaising with relevant authorities (SSG/WSG), processing of funding application via TP Gateway
- Assist the QA manager in ensuring compliance with certification bodies
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
