Job Responsibilities:
As a partner in the company's business department, integrate with the practical aspects of the business domain, understand and familiarize yourself with the business dynamics and team operations of the corresponding business department, and provide the most suitable human resources solutions for the business department.
Responsible for recruitment in the corresponding business department, completing industry mapping for key positions, and supporting key recruitment projects.
Assist the business department in promoting the improvement of internal employee development and learning systems, design training programs, establish qualification channels, and formulate performance management systems in line with the development needs of the business department.
Assist the business department in conducting talent inventory, building a talent pool for the team, and selecting high-potential employees.
Provide high-quality human resources professional services to employees based on company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 2 years of experience in HPBP, recruitment, or training work.
Experience in implementing HRBP programs, including but not limited to talent inventory, organizational diagnosis, cadre talent management, performance transformation, and training management.
