Key Responsibilities:
- To assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts
- To raise purchase orders and follow up vendor invoices
- To assist in the production of supporting financial information
- To maintain and update both manual and computer records relation to areas of which CBRE are responsible.
- To prepare and issue predefined reports, which form part of the contract and customer requirement.
- Liaise closely with the site team and head office ensuring accurate processing of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, time sheets and holiday records.
- To undertake general office duties relating to contract including; correspondence and filling, minutes of meetings, preparation of reports and documentation, contract escalation process.
- To enable full auditable trails with for example but not limited to invoices, material orders and good received notes.
Key Competencies and Qualification:
- Degree qualifications in accounting with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in financial and management accounting
- Proven experience in the areas of P2P and associated Financial Processes to include COS and UBR UER, Accruals, AP and AR
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal, and feel comfortable to interact with people at all levels across the account and develop effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent IT Skills with exposure to accounting system (preferably: SAP) with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (to include lookups & pivot tables)
- Attention to detail, organised and methodical in your approach to work, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time.
- Team player and results oriented with high level of commitment
- Experienced in working with Microsoft Office.
