The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing project finances and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile projects.
About the role
· Generate and manage invoices, delivery orders, credit/debit notes, and statements of accounts.
· Pursue outstanding AR invoices and track billing milestones for Projects.
· Monitor Project maintenance for timely billing and trigger Project Maintenance (PM) as necessary.
· Maintain organized records for accounts receivable and update receipt information.
· Prepare and escalate AR aging reports for customer collection issues.
· Communicate with stakeholders regarding billing and payment inquiries.
· Perform GST output tax reconciliation.
· Compile monthly schedules for month-end closing.
· Fulfill additional assigned duties as required.
Successful Applicant
· Hold a Diploma or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
· Exhibit proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office software.
· Demonstrate proactive and self-reliant traits, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks concurrently.
· Display strong teamwork skills.
