Customer Service Executive

Ppac Global Pte. Ltd.

Job Descriptions:

- Coordinate and arrange day-to-day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities

- Manage job file creation, costing, and other data entries

- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders

- Handle and resolving disputes with client/agent

- Ensure proper and timely billing/closing of all job files


Qualifications and Requirements:

- 1-2 years in the related field is required

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently, meticulous, self-motivator, and a team player

- Able to cope in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
