Job Requirements
- minimum qualification of Certified Sommelier by Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET Level 3 certification
- minimum 1 year's experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore or abroad
- proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- ability to manage inventory systems including maintaining accurate inventory count and reports
- creative to manage wine lists and activations and promotions including
- ability to manage and control costs
- supervisory responsibilities to manage floor staff and liaison with suppliers
- achieving customer satisfaction
