Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

  • Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered promptly with satisfaction
  • Work with customers on product enquiries, delivery status and other administrative works
  • Act as Customer Service officer and respond to all customer enquiries & feedback promptly (training will be provided)
  • Administrative duties
  • Prepare Quotation and Sales orders
  • Support sales to ensure customer and product satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' levels or diploma equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken
  • Proficient with MS Office Skills (Excel / Word)
  • Team player with good problem solving skills
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin
