- Conduct briefing to team regards to production matters or any information that is required by the Management
- CNC programming & tool setting
- Ensure Production machine are at its optimum production capacity
- Troubleshoot on machine maintenance and repair (e.g software and electrical)
- preventive maintenance prerequisites on mechanical equipment like motors, conveyors, production machines, pneumatic tools and engines thereby ensuring smooth operation of such machinery and mechanical gadgets.
- ensuring the maintenance of production and quality by guaranteeing the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Achieve efficient quality and quality target and ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Hands on troubleshooting for production matters
- Identify & resolve technical and operational issues as well as identify potential issues and work with all team to implement proactive measures to accomplish operational objective
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions and prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Requirements
- Diploma and above in Engineering - Mechatronics, electrical, Mechanical, Process, Manufacturing or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CNC machine and programming
- Proactive, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and able to work well in a fast pace environment.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin to handle queries, concerns and issues in regards with the production matters.
