Requirements
· College Degree of any relevant to IT or Equivalent to 5 working experience
· Minimum of 5 years experience in Salesforce platform development and customization with Service Cloud:
o Apex development
o Visualforce page development.
o Lighting components development.
o Experience in 3rd party API integrations.
o Experience with data migration through other CRM eg. data loader.
· Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Agile
· Adept in Salesforce set-up and configuration:
o Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup, eg., managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data & support processes configuration.
o Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layout, workflow, approval processes, validation rules & flow.
o Experience in report & dashboard configuration.
o Experience with OmniStudio & Omniscript will be a bonus.
· Good problem-solving skills and able to provide optimal solutions.
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers/business stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
· Must be certified Salesforce Developer
