Prepare lunch & dinner for family members. (About 10 people)
Must have experience working in restaurants as chef and familiar with Shanghai/Si Chuan /Japanese cuisines
The duties of a Chef are of follows:
1. Able to prepare different Chinese/Japanese dishes
2. Must be able to deal with all sorts of meat and seafood
3. At least 5 years working experience in the F&B industry.
4. Ensure the freshness and quality of food items.
5. Main the cleaniness and hygiene of the kitchen.
