Key Responsibilities
Assist other Managers in providing leadership and direction to all employees
Monitor hiring, training, and developing new employees
Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently
Working closely with the Outlet Manager to lead staff and support the Outlet Manager as needed
Other tasks as given by the Management
Requirement
Experience as an assistant operations/outlet manager or with beauty-related management
Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
Have the ability to work autonomously when required
Team player
Dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience
