Management Trainee

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. General administration of staff and company matters.
  2. Participation in company certification and quality assurance programmes.
  3. Representing the company at corporate events and trade shows.
  4. Updating of manuals and documentation such as SOPs.
  5. Assisting management with the implementation of new policies.
  6. Recording of company meetings.
  7. Organisation and participation in company internal events and programmes.
  8. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department, including adhoc deployment for projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Preferable to have at least one year of working experience in any generalist fields such as marketing, HR, finance.
  2. Willingness to be rotated between various departments and positions for career progression.
  3. Minimum polytechnic diploma with good results.
  4. Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
