Responsibilities:
- Proficient in BIM Authoring tools for BIM Modelling and Coordination
- Establish BIM Implementation strategy, requirements, process, and workflow for the construction project
- Lead and support project's BIM Coordinators and Modellers, including managing the Sub-Contractor's BIM team
- Prepare and implement BIM Execution Plan
- Develop a training program for design managers and engineers to embrace the use of BIM authoring tools
- Engage the project team to innovate and leverage advanced tools to solve project problems with the use of BIM
- Strong ability to lead the BIM team and work under pressure.
Requirements:
- Diploma or similar in one of the following disciplines: Building (Architecture, Industrial Design, Projects & Facilities Management); Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure) with min. 7 years of relevant working experience in a construction MRT project
- Competency in the following software: Revit Architectural/ Revit Structure / Revit MEP/ AutoCAD / Bentley Open Building Designer, is a must.
