Job Description
1. Provide admin support to the operation and HR field.
2. Handling phone calls and email correspondence.
3. Prepare Purchase Orders and verify invoices.
4. Issue cheque, mailing, and filing of payment/cash vouchers.
5. Prepare monthly wages for workers.
6. Application/renewal/cancellation/replacement of Work Permit.
7. Handle foreign workers related matters such as Security bonds, OFWAS, PCP, booking of air tickets, etc.
8. Manage on-boarding & off-boarding processes for foreign workers.
9. Coordinate and manage foreign workers’ dormitory matters.
10. Handle worker training arrangements (core trade and other courses/licenses).
11. Manage worker attendance/leave/medical leave/OT record.
12. Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirements
1. Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Positive working attitude and strong team player.
4. Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
