With a commitment to quality and a focus on delivering tailored solutions, we are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Sales Executive to join our dynamic team!


Responsibilities:


Candidates are expected to:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell rigging solutions
  • Identify and establish relationships with key and prospective clients
  • Provide technical expertise to clients, understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to understand and communicate technical features and benefits
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical advantages of our rigging solutions
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to formulate sales strategies
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to meet revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
  • Travel to client locations and participate in trade industry events
  • Perform any other duties as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:


A successful candidate will possess:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Marine Technology, or a related field
  • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the marine industry*
  • Technical knowledge of marine rigging products, systems, and solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to translate technical features into client benefits and value propositions
  • Willingness to learn about the range of marine rigging solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events
