**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable interior design solutions and services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, outlining project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
**Requirements:**
- Sales experience (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the interior design, construction, or home renovation industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and trends is a plus.
