Key Responsibilities:
Administration
· To liaise with operation team for feedback on ordering of stocks and delivery timeline of stocks
· Any other administration given by Sales General Manager (GM) if required
Sales
· Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs base on product offerings
· Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective customers
· Compiling and analyzing data to provide product feedback to R&D team
· Propose bi-weekly promotion details to GM
· Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects
· Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
· Maintaining and update current customer database
· Provide monthly sales report and progress during Team Sales Meeting
· Oversee E-commerce platform product offerings
General Admin
· To plan resources through setting up optimal administrative process flow to increase productivity
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in business administration, management, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in
Business would be preferred
· Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
· Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching interpersonal and verbal and written
communication skills
· Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
· Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
· Able to go extra mile to liaise with operation team for delivery schedule
· Have an interest in sports and good knowledge of local sporting scene
· Familiarity with nature of B2B business sales would be a bonus
· Able to have an open mindset
