JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warm welcoming and bidding farewell of guests arriving and leaving the restaurant.
- Leading guests to their table with a warm engagement
- Assist to take in and manage reservations via phone, walk-in, email and websites.
- Respond to all enquiries and emails within 24 hours.
- Manage seating arrangements prior to meal period begins.
- Provides guests with menu recommendations and answer any question they may have.
- Attend to any special request or needs that guests may have via email, phone, or walk-in.
- Maintain a friendly, energetic and pleasant image at all times.
- Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards Heartists, guests, suppliers and maintain professional confidentiality at all times
- Prepare reservation list to share in pre-shift briefing with the team before the operation starts
- Equip with all knowledge of promotions and restaurant information to share with guests readily at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
