Our client is an ICT solutions company and is actively looking for a Presales Consultant to provide consultation, solutions, and product knowledge to support the sales team.
The Responsibilities:
- Identify customer business and technical requirements to generate sales opportunities
- Responsible to propose and design solutions to maximize customer investment and satisfaction
- Ensure the most suitable solutions involving up-to-date products and services are able to address customers’ needs
- Work closely with business partners and post sales team
- Continue to provide good service to both new and existing customers
The Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree
- Related qualification in networking and security
- Experience in network & security solutions
- Good knowledge of e.g. EDR, SEIM, DLP, Cloud security and security products (such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cato, CrowdStrike
- Experience in Presales
- With strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
