HR Assistant

Huationg Contractor Pte Ltd

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Assist in Payroll calculation & full spectrum of HR functons
  • Maintain payroll records and personal files
  • Assist with work passes application, training enrollment
  • Assist in Compensation & Benefits, such as staff leave administration and medical claims
  • Assist in On-boarding/Off-boarding, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, letter preparation and orientation
  • Work closely with site Managers, Supervisors and management team to deliver HR initiatives and operational support
  • Support HR priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines
  • Any other duties might be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent and above with 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
  • Has initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Transportation pick- up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer
  • 5 working days
