JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in Payroll calculation & full spectrum of HR functons
- Maintain payroll records and personal files
- Assist with work passes application, training enrollment
- Assist in Compensation & Benefits, such as staff leave administration and medical claims
- Assist in On-boarding/Off-boarding, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, letter preparation and orientation
- Work closely with site Managers, Supervisors and management team to deliver HR initiatives and operational support
- Support HR priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines
- Any other duties might be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent and above with 2-3 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
- Has initiative, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Transportation pick- up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer
