At Flexxon, we are looking for a Product Executive for Product Management team that manages the development, launch and ongoing evolution of specific products for the organisation. He/She supports the development of the product's strategic roadmap with key market research. He/She collaborates with various teams to implement product improvements and new features by driving modifications. He/She manages product feedback and translates it into product requirements for implementation by technical teams. He/She also collaborates with operations teams to understand product operations and scope for improvement.
He/She may be required to co-work with the Sales, R&D and Operations teams, and monitor the market for product performance and competitor tracking.
He/She needs to have a process-oriented mind set and an eye for detail. He/She is also expected to be an effective project manager and who is able to manage multiple stakeholders. Job Responsibilities :
- Collate insights to understand customer lifecycles with sales team.
- Facilitate communication between sales, operations, and technical teams to convey business requirements for product enhancement and share product metrics and performance expectations.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including integrated marketing materials and key success metrics, to support the launch of new product features or services.
- Coordinate with operations and technology teams to resolve issues in product performance.
- Create innovative solutions to enhance product performance and develop strategic plans aligned with the product roadmap.
- Execute projects to implement major changes to products or services.
- Contribute to gathering relevant information, translating product requirements into technical specifications, and developing marketing materials for new product features and services.
- Oversee product feedback collection and assist in managing the launch of products or services in new markets, collaborating with sales, marketing, and technology teams.
- Provide support in developing in-product tools, conducting research on technology and market trends, and contributing to the product roadmap by identifying focus areas
- Assist in translating product feedback into requirement specifications and updating project tracking sheets to ensure timely milestone completion
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good foundation of information technology trends and developments
