- Engage brand partners together with regional Category Management team in joint business planning session to formulate campaign plan and track execution
- Conceptualise and pitch campaigns to brands in line with the business objectives
- Collaborate closely with regional Category Management team to maximise brands’ representation across channels through campaigns
- Work with the cross functional teams to ensure a coordinated media plan, maximising campaign visibility with the appropriate media mix and formats
- Measure campaign effectiveness and drive standardisation in measurement framework across countries, as well as regionally
- Develop trade-driving brand campaign ‘playbook’ to capture best practices, guidelines, and learnings across various brand activations
- Support country teams by identifying pain points and areas to smooth workflow, drive efficiencies and define regional solutions to better support brand partners
