Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Tampines reporting to the practice manager. We are looking for a driven individual to shape our brand's online and offline presence and execute strategic marketing initiatives. Your expertise in coordinating campaigns and implementing digital marketing strategies will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with company goals and target audience demographics, ensuring maximum brand exposure and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate all aspects of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, and performance analysis, while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and operations, to develop compelling marketing materials and assets that effectively communicate key messages.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, to drive targeted traffic and generate revenue.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our marketing strategies.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed, such as event planning, public relations, and content creation.
Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant degree's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing, with a specific focus on campaign coordination and digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pet industry.
* Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and effectively communicate complex ideas.
* Creative thinker with a passion for exploring innovative marketing approaches.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience in the animal health industry is a plus
