Shall be a PSPC-Recognised Project Manager and meet the following requirements.
* Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree;
* A degree holder with relevant recognised degree reference either by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineering Board) or Building and Construction Authority; * A minimum of 7 years of working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB,JTC Projects. Having completed at least 1 number of building related Project of 3 million and above within the past 5 years;
* Accredited under the Accreditation of Project Managers scheme (APM) administrated by the Society of Project Managers;
* Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate (i.e. both in writing and verbal).
