Duties & Responsibilities
• Calibrate and maintain pneumatic, chemical, electrical, and electronic process controls and measurement instrumentation to approved procedures.
• Understanding, evaluating, and executing the tests and procedures properly and investigating the Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures
• Safely and efficiently execute daily tasks related to calibration and instrumentation activities.
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Developing and improving maintenance procedures
• Installing, maintaining, repairing, overhauling, calibrating and testing a wide variety of industrial instrumentation such as gas chromatograph, O2 analysers and conductivity meter etc
• Executing preventative maintenance inspections on all instrumentation equipment
• Interpret, evaluate, and document calibration test results.
• Performing service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyser.
• Troubleshooting analyser & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines of Yokogawa
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support.
• Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems.
Requirements
• Diploma in Engineering discipline or above
• At least 2 years in process industry in the field of Instrumentation & Control
• Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
