Retail Assistance Manager ( Full-Time) .
We are looking for dynamic individual who is a very social people person to provide excellent customer service and increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Assist to oversee the day-to-day operations.
Assist to supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Assist in recruiting, train, and schedule employees effectively to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage.
Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for staff development.
Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, resolving conflicts and addressing disciplinary issues as needed.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Assist in developing and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Assist in monitoring sale staff monthly sales performances
Assist in setting sales goals and targets for the team, providing guidance
and support to achieve objectives.
Customer Service Excellence:
Assist in ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Assist in addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist in training staff on effective customer service techniques and empower them to resolve customer issues independently.
Inventory Management:
Assist in overseeing inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, ordering, and stocktaking.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and product turnover, minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.
Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and policies, including loss prevention measures.
Operational Efficiency:
Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
Ensure sale staff follow all companies policies and procedures.
Assist in collaborating with marketing departments to coordinate promotional events, marketing campaigns, or product launches.
Compliance and Safety:
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers, adhering to health and safety standards.
Provide training and resources to staff regarding safety procedures and protocols.
Reporting and Others :
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and inventory levels
Other duties assigned by Retail Sales Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service.
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
Proficient in both English , Chinese and Vietnamese language
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ability to work as a team and take initiative
Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
Minimum secondary education
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
