Job Description
- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
- To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
- Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
- Lead a team of supervisors / foreman for works coordination with main/subcontractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
- Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation
- Assist project manager in Project Costing, monthly progress claims and monthly progress report
- Support Quantity Surveyor (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims
- Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience
