Responsibilities:
- Involve change implementation process and also DEVOPS & JIRA process to get the customisation delivered and maintained.
- Work extensively and use in depth knowledge in IBM FileNet, Case Manager and CPE.
- Performing daily monitoring activities on FileNet platform.
- Responsible for FileNet System Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, maintenance activities.
- Provide associated documentation, according to internal process.
Requirement:
- Experience in IBM FileNet Content Manager 5.5.x, IBM Case Manager 5.3.3, IBM Content navigator 3.0.11 and above.
- Experience in IBM WebSphere ND 8.x & 9.x
- Experience in Linux and Windows
- Should have very extensive knowledge in Linux and expected to have document migration experience.
