GENERAL MANAGER

Seara Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Responsible for the sales and distribution of Seara products in the southeast asia region, managing the planning and implementation of price, volume, mix and channel strategies aligned with company goals.


Responsibilities

  • Contributes with the development and execution of annual sales plan supporting in the identification of current needs of each market/client and definition of ways to provide better service to the client;
  • Guarantee the effectiveness of sales operation through the selection and training of sales team members as well as supporting structural difficulties and policies of each country/region and interaction with Marketing, Supply Chain and Industrial areas;
  • Proposing and implementing the business strategy aligned with the Sales Director in order to maximize the volume, prices, adding value to the portfolio of product and sales channels;
  • Ensures the development and achievement of budget plan of your region, checking and controlling the costs and recommending the corrections for deviations;
  • Contributes to the development of new products, improvement of current products and quality assurance of exported products in order to allow the company to preserve the competitiveness and participation in the market, as well as to avoid penalties and fines from competent bodies through a proper analysis and definition of trends and market opportunities together with R&D, Marketing and Industrial areas;
  • Supports the clients complains management;
  • Contributes with the improvement of sales and shipment results, against production follow up, adjusting the shipment priorities, aiming for the better service to each market;
  • Ensure the conflict resolution between the client and company together with sales team, managing the divergences identified, providing possible corrections or changes in the requests and negotiating with the clients;
  • Contributes with the minimization of risks of default, upon the receipt of information from sales team and collection of payment with the clients;
