Roles & Responsibilities：
· Register his/her name in the nominated company as a Director
· Assist in bank account opening
· Sign of resolutions and relevant documents
· Attend/Sign Annual General Meeting, EGM etc.
· Assist Corporate Secretaries when filling all required documentation with ACRA
· Basic understanding of company finance
Requirements:
· No academic qualification requirement.
· No experience requirement.
· Must be a Singaporean
· Reliable and flexible work with no minimal office attendance required.
· Well complete of relevant work according to the company's requirements.
· Basic understanding of legal regulations and requirements
· No conflict of interest and willing to accept multiple directorships at the same time.
