We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives and KPIs.
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels such as search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, including A/B testing, ad creative testing, landing page optimization, and bid management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and analytics teams, to develop effective marketing assets and landing pages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign objectives are met within budget and timelines.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets or channels based on performance analysis and market research.
- Work closely with the marketing leadership team to develop overall marketing strategies and contribute to the company's growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
