Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives and KPIs.
  2. Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels such as search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and other relevant channels.
  3. Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  4. Analyze campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  5. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, including A/B testing, ad creative testing, landing page optimization, and bid management.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and analytics teams, to develop effective marketing assets and landing pages.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign objectives are met within budget and timelines.
  9. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets or channels based on performance analysis and market research.
  10. Work closely with the marketing leadership team to develop overall marketing strategies and contribute to the company's growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
  3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  4. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and best practices.
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
