We are currently seeking a reliable Project Manager to our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for planing project and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost effective manner. Your key responsibilities will include budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the project.
Responsiblities:
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completition
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety
regulations
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Requirements:
- Proven working expirence in construction management
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relavant rules, regulations and
quality standard
- Understand of all facts of the construction process
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering
