About the Job:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless customer experience through email communication and online chat platforms. Your responsibilities will include promptly addressing customer inquiries and feedback with care and efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and uphold service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Manage daily email communication with customers and distributions
  • Provide timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet SLA targets for email resolution within specified timelines
  • Collaborate with various business units to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Address and resolve customer feedback or issues promptly
  • Analyze email data to identify opportunities for process enhancement
  • Support team lead in initiatives to optimize SLAs and reduce email volume

Skills and Experiences Required:

  • Strong analytical skills and self-motivation
  • Resourcefulness and resilience in problem-solving
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service within a Financial Institution
  • Familiarity with Life Asia, CRM systems, communication tools, and financial products is advantageous
