Responsibilitites
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Guide, motivate, and manage our team of Fitness Sales Consultants, ensuring they achieve their targets.
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales metrics, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds quotas.
- Foster lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Organize regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Participate in the hiring and training of new sales team members.
- Oversee promotional campaigns to ensure they align with sales targets.
- Understand individual client needs and recommend appropriate fitness products, services, or memberships.
