- To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shop drawings/samples/method statement and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
- To Attend to project/technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner/ consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
- To verify the work done on the site are in accordance with the approved drawings/specifications/ authorities requirements and also ensured that the sub-contractor carry out rectification for non- compliance
- Day-to- Day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and coordinate sub-contract works
- Conduct weekly M&E meetings with the M&E sub- contractors to ensure that their works are in proper sequence and also ensure that the site supervisors are aware of the work sequence so as to avoid clashes of site activities.
- To resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractors/supplier ASAP in order to minimize delay to the construction progress.
- To ensure that the related documentation are updated and ready for ISO audit
- To Cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
- To Coordinate with consultant and contractors for combined services/equipment testing so that site is ready for authorities’ inspection.
