- Provide indoor sales support and related customer service functions.
- Attend to customers promptly on inquiries i.e. Product, price, delivery, etc.
- Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries and assist in providing effective solutions for customers’ issues.
- Assist salesperson with quotation follow-up. Prepares quotations following the guidelines of the operation policy.
- Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed.
- Coordinate projects and support lead manager. Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.
- Assist in the preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders.
- Involved in the implementation of functional strategies and initiatives and miscellaneous activities for the achievement of departmental goals agreed with plan and kept on schedule.
- Any ad hoc duties as required.
