Job Description:
Document and minute and all meetings and discussions pertaining to the legal matters
liaise and facilitate communication with appointed lawyers and council
Keep track of updates and manage timeline
Provide legal-related secretarial / administrative duties support to council and managing agent.
Job Qualification:
Complete a bachelor degree in legal studies or a related field.
At least 3 years and above of relevant working experience, preferably with knowledge in building management related law
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
Attention to detail, organised and proficient quality work
Able to work independently but willing to take instructions
IT savvy with good hands-on knowledge in Microsoft Office & Zoom online communication platform
