Roles & Responsibilities

Our founder is a female Contractor whom believe in that in creating possible impossibilities. If you have the confidence in creating magic in Content Creation to beat the current digital market and can go for an extra mile in your own career journey. We would love to work with you. You should be creative and do without limitation and very independent and responsible towards your work commitment. This is a Home-Based Position however you must always be reachable for any meetings and work calls. We are not looking too much in your qualification but how you can market your USP in terms of creativity to us. The key is your Creativity and Talent in your capabilities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will manage all the brands under the company's umbrella.
  • You must be good in all the digital marketing tools and the latest information on AI marketing tools.
  • You should have a good understanding and application of Brand Management and Product Marketing. Planning & Strategizing the marketing plan along with the Brand Identity is an essential skill. Conducting market and consumer research and being abreast of emerging digital trends, tools and platforms and implement accordingly. Understanding the trends that is related to the the industry.
  • Performing digital marketing analytics, preparing reports, and sharing key insights with the team to develop optimisation plans, including managing platforms for outreach and possible international stockist on a monthly basis
  • Full spectrum digital ads management, including but not limited to, ad buy, conceptualising content, implementing effective campaigns, analysing data, and evaluating campaign performance based on the planned marketing calendar
  • Maintaining and regularly updating website and other digital company presence, and to improve overall client web UX.
  • Inventory management and evaluating sales performance online and in retail locations.
  • Implementing and improving e-commerce SOP and to recommend a improvement project on a quarterly basis
  • Coordinating with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Marketing team support and ad-hoc support to the relevant teams, including but not limited to events support, client relationship management, and retail operations.
  • To be creative in Content Creation
  • Budget planning and review
  • Evaluating and improving ROAS
  • Measure, assess, implement and optimise digital performance Metrics
  • To lead and collaborate with the company’s digital agencies.
  • Periodic visit to the Flagship to understand business marketing needs
  • Good Knowledge in Photography or Videography or Graphic Design will be a plus point

Role requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Woo- Commerce, Shopify and proven expertise in e-commerce or any e-commerce platform
  • Proficiency of social media platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.
  • Proven expertise in B2C social media, email campaigns and SEO/SEM. (Mailchimp preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An eye for luxury branding, and a keen understanding of its nuances.
  • Initiative and resilience.
  • The ability to prioritise work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The drive to work well with a team, and/or on their own.
  • The willingness to learn.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft office
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Management
  • Candidates with an advantage:

- Experience in digital marketing agency.

- Prior experience in luxury products & services

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin deal with Mandarin speaking customers.

- Experience and interest in video production and/or video editing tools such as iMovie, Premiere Pro etc.
