The Coordinator keeps a record of sales that have met targets and renews sales contracts. He/She also makes sales enhancement plans with the sales team’s help. He/She prepares monthly sales reports and submits them to the department. This helps them track the progress of sales activities.
A good knowledge of IT ( Microsoft, CRM Salesforce) as well as teleconversation skill.
The Coordinator knows the property's facilities and activities well. He/She keeps up to date on market trends. He/She keeps in touch with clients to understand their needs and provides details on new packages and products. He/She has to follow the quality assurance expectations and standards set by the property. He/She also needs to answer the clients’ inquiries promptly via phone and email.
