SUPERVISOR

Nahils Mobiles Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient operation
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize production efficiency
  • Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations
  • Develop production plan and schedule to meet customers’ needs.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to optimize inventory control and production.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders the workflow of produts to ensure the execution of production plans and schedules.
  • Highlight possible issues that might affect production output.
  • Response to product non-conformance with the production and quality team to minimize interruption to production schedules.
  • Liaises with Customer Service on urgent orders delivery.
  • Schedule work shifts according to production needs.
  • Monitors Work Orders progress and obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
  • Identify opportunities and support implementation for continuous improvement activities.
  • Adherence to all standards of quality and hygiene of product in accordance with FSSC22000 Food Safety System requirements.
  • Comply with Workplace Safety and Health and Environmental Monitoring Systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in food production management
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes and equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Related experience in relevant industry or some chemistry background.
  • Demonstrated commitment and understanding of food safety and quality principles.
