Job Descriptions
- Provide Japanese to English/English to Japanese translation of the conversation between Japanese members and Accounts staff when required for billing, courses, event registration matters.
- Attend to member’s enquiries by phone or at front counter
- Online courses registration and events booking
- Answering incoming call
- Daily mails distribution
- Support of company events upon requests
- Ad-hoc admin jobs support as and when required by Manager
Job Requirements
- JLPT 1 and above to be able to liaise with Japanese Members
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft words/Excel, power point
- Must be willing to work on all weekends and public holidays
- Primary/Secondary School/O Level
Working hours
- 9am to 7pm – rest day on weekdays
