Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and drive the Go-to-Market for Beauty and Personal Care
- Conceptualise and execute on marketing campaigns, product life cycle and commercial innovation for launches
- Analyse consumer trends, market research on competitors, market best practices to build successful strategies and define target audience
- Create analytics data and extract key insight for future campaign development and go to market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations
- Set and monitor sales forecast to actual sales and stock level for the monthly promotion include preparing of various sales reports and presentation slides
- Provide direction to communication to implement and ensuring the alignment of communication and messaging of new product content
- Plan and execute product events/rallies with expert speakers to enhance ABOs' experience, knowledge and selling skills on Artistry products
- Plan and organize Artistry Beauty Program
- Plan and propose for promotion premium, packaging and folders
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business
- At least 3 - 5 years of marketing experience in Beauty related products
- Good knowledge and experience of brand marketing principles
