Responsibilities
· Formulate new clientele and oversee existing accounts through mid to long-term Sales Account Development Strategies.
· Cultivate and advocate robust, enduring customer relations by collaborating with them and comprehending their requirements to enhance sales, opportunities, and nurture a positive customer rapport.
· Generate weekly and monthly Sales reports and pragmatic forecasts for the management team.
· Collaborate with various departments to address customers’ technical inquiries.
· Assess customer’s quotation prerequisites against company’s resources and capabilities.
· Pursue customers regarding quotations submitted to secure orders.
· Undertake other sporadic tasks or projects as delegated.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma qualification in Mechanical or Precision Engineering.
· Driven by customer-centricity and results-driven mindset.
· Exceptional communication aptitude.
· Must possess 3-5 years’ experience in Precision/Medtech manufacturing sectors.
· Proficient in comprehending BOM and Drawings.
· Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Previous exposure to ERP systems is advantageous.
· Possession of a valid driving license and personal vehicle ownership will be beneficial.
