Role: Technical Design Lead provides support for technical design support for all analysis and development.
Services:
- Drive the functionality into technical solutions while adhering to architectural foundation laid by Lead Architect
- Contribute towards identifying and Documenting architectural decision that impacts the overall solution.
- Ensure relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly across the project and products.
- Contribute to the development of architecture governance structures, methodologies, and compliance.
- Involve in High level grooming of requirements.
- Participate in the estimation/sizing of requirements.
- Designing technical solutions for the requirements.
- Identify technical debts and improve the quality of product.
- Review and improve the performance of the system.
- Participate in Daily Stand-up, Reviews and Retrospective meetings of the Cross Functional Teams.
- Support the technical team in any queries, clarifications they might have on the product or the tickets they are working on.
- Regular updates of work status in JIRA.
Skills Required:
Experience Years: Lead Architect with Overall IT experience of 15+ years and 10+ years of designing complex solution using Java/J2EE frameworks.
Nice to have: Experience in working with SITA’s iBorders application.
Technical Skills:
- Java J2EE framework, Python & DevOps
- Spring, Spring MVC, Apache Camel
- Experience of system design using JMS, IBM MQ, AMQ
- Elasticsearch, Oracle, SQL, MongoDB, Postgres
- Angular, Maven, Jenkins, Tomcat, Ldap, AD, Jasper, Apache
- System design experience with performance and security concerns.
- Scrum & Agile Production deployment model design.
- Hands on implementation of systems on high availability solutions, Troubleshooting solutions
