1. To conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on switchboard systems to ensure optimal functionality.
2. To troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with switchboard equipment and related components.
3. To coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule service calls and installations.
4. To collaborate with other technicians and engineers to address complex technical challenges.
5. To ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service activities.
6. To follow established protocols and procedures for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing switchboard equipment.
7. To document and report all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
8. To perform other related duties as assigned.
