Your job roles and responsibilities will include the following:
• Handling HR system support cases and escalation of HR system issues
• Administering system functionalities
• Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the HR systems remain fit for the organisation’s purpose
• Updating intranet content
• Managing company IT assets and equipment for HR and liaising with IT partners or vendors
• Maintaining accurate documentation of systems and processes
• Monitoring access controls and management of IT accounts
• Conducting audits to ensure compliance and data security
• Participating in process automation initiatives e.g Robotic Process Automation
Job Requirements:
• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Information Systems/Technology or Business
• Resourceful and proactive team-player with the ability to multitask and work independently
• Possess good communication (written and spoken), analytical and problem-solving skills
• Inquisitive individual who is always seeking to learn and grow professionally
• Driven individual who is able to prioritise and meet deadlines promptly
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors will be ideal
